Karen teaches first grade at Kanoheda Elementary. The school puts on an annual International Night where each grade level and classroom participates in decorating their particular room like another country. It’s their biggest event of the year and it’s open to friends and family. Karen’s classroom (along with a few other classrooms) modeled their room after the country of Brazil. It is the first classroom you see in the video and last (when cleanup is taking place). I put together a 3-minute highlight video of the event and what takes place. It is set to the music of Sugarland’s “Fly Away”. Enjoy!
