Well, the time comes in everyone’s life when they must have this done and every mother prolongs this day for as long as they can. Yes, I’m talking about baby’s first haircut. For months, we have been saying that Jonathan has needed a haircut. His hair was curling and, of course, all the ladies and mommies love that and don’t ever want to cut it off. Well, today was the day. We went to Kidz Klips on Hamilton Mill this morning. It was pretty cool and Jonathan did better than we expected. There was a short episode of crying and several fake ones, but for the most part he did extremely well. He got to sit in a yellow Hummer, play with toys, and even suck his first lollipop all in an effort to have this first experience. Afterward, he got a prize from a gift bucket and chose some yellow sunglasses (that he broke not 5 minutes later). Anyway, as you know, of course, I taped the haircut and Karen took pictures.
