Christmas Eve was two days for us this year! We celebrated Christmas with Karen’s family on the 23rd at the Price House. It was a nice evening full of the kids running around, laughing, and enjoying the holiday. Christmas with the Telander’s is a mad dash – with everyone opening at the same. This makes for a tough time for the videographer, but I seemed to have pulled it off. As a family we enjoyed a nice dinner of Turkey, Mac n Cheese, Sweet Potatoes, and all the yummies that make a wonderful Christmas dinner. It was nice to be able to go straight home after dinner instead of to my parent’s house.
On Christmas Eve, we went to my parent’s house for my dad’s birthday and a visit from Santa. Jonathan enjoyed his many cousins. Jonathan and Joshua got to sit on Santa’s lap and receive their gifts. Santa always stops by the house before he begins his journey across the earth delivering presents to all of the children. It was nice time for everyone, but with a little one we had to leave early to get Joshua in bed. It was a nice time.
